Louise Tong, RAc & RTCMP

Louise is an Ontario Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist of “College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario” (CTCMPAO) as well as a member of “The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture”.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Louise grew up in a traditional Chinese cultural way of health and wellness.  From a young age, she had always been drawn to more holistic ways of healing and she felt that these remedies needed a place in the modern day world.  After immigrating to Toronto, Louise attended a 4-year full time program and earned her Diploma of Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist from Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  In addition to her formal TCM training, she has received continuing education training in specialized courses such as TCM Facial Rejuvenation and Body Sculpture, Tung’s Acupuncture, Dr. Richard Tan’s Acupuncture.  Louise also continuously participates in Chinese Medicine seminars and health shows.   She has been treating patients in Toronto for more than 10 years.

Louise also uses other TCM modalities such as needleless acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, nutritional advising and electro-acupuncture.
