Danielle Marshall, BCAK Certified Kinesiologist

B.Kin, E-RYT 500, CPPC | Pre & Postnatal Kinesiology, Functional Movement, Injury Recovery

Danielle Marshall is a BCAK-certified kinesiologist who helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and move through daily life with more confidence. She works with people at every stage of life: returning to exercise after time away, recovering from injury, rebuilding through pregnancy and postpartum, or wanting to feel more capable in their own body.

Her approach is evidence-informed and practical. Sessions combine strength training, functional movement, and breathwork, paired with coaching on ergonomics and lifestyle adjustments that fit real schedules and energy levels. Danielle works collaboratively so clients understand why they’re doing each exercise and how to keep momentum between visits.

Pre and Postnatal Kinesiology

Danielle has specialized training in pre- and postnatal care and supports clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Programming is safe, individualized, and built around core and pelvic floor–friendly progressions, whether a client is preparing for birth, returning to activity after delivery, lifting a toddler without strain, or working back toward running.

Who Danielle Works With

  • Prenatal and postpartum clients seeking a safe return to activity and strength.
  • People who need foundational movement coaching, posture, and ergonomic support, or a graded return to exercise after injury, illness, or time off.
  • Clients are building sustainable habits around strength, mobility, and balance for everyday life.

What to Expect in a Session

The first appointment starts with a full intake: health history, a functional movement assessment, and a conversation about goals. From there, Danielle builds a collaborative plan that moves from comfort and confidence into strength and capacity. Each session includes clear education and realistic home programming, and progress is tracked through function, symptom change, tolerance to daily tasks, and goal attainment.

Collaborative Care and Referrals

Danielle practices within the kinesiology scope and refers out when medical or specialized care is indicated, coordinating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, dietitians, and mental health providers. For complex or slower-responding presentations, she prefers shared care to keep clients safe and well supported. Booking is available through Jane, by phone, or in person.
