What the Best of Kelowna Awards Are
The Best of Kelowna Awards are hosted by Kelowna Now, one of the most trusted local news and community platforms in the Okanagan. Every year, Kelowna residents vote for the businesses and professionals they trust most across dozens of categories. It’s a community-driven program, which means these results come directly from the people we serve.
Kelowna Now does an incredible job bringing the community together through this program, and honestly, events like this are one of the reasons Kelowna has such a strong local business culture. A genuine thank you to the team there for putting on a night that celebrates what’s being built in this city.
What This Actually Means
We’re a multidisciplinary clinic. Physiotherapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, massage therapy, counselling, osteopathy, dietitian services, pelvic health, we do a lot under one roof. And the whole point of that model is that better care happens when disciplines work together.
Winning across four separate categories tells us the community sees that. It’s not one practitioner carrying the flag, it’s the whole team showing up for patients, week after week.
The Gold in Kinesiology is especially meaningful. Kinesiology is one of those disciplines that doesn’t always get the spotlight it deserves in a healthcare setting. Our kinesiologists work with patients on active rehabilitation, injury prevention, chronic disease management, and return-to-function programming. Seeing Kelowna recognize that work feels really good.
The three Bronze wins in Therapist, Physiotherapy, and Chiropractic round out what we do for musculoskeletal and mental health care in this community. Every single one of those votes came from a real patient who chose to say: this clinic made a difference for me. That’s the part that sticks.

To every practitioner, every Patient Experience Coordinator, every person who answered a question, followed up on a claim, stayed late to fit someone in, or just made a patient feel genuinely welcome, this is yours.
We talk a lot internally about patient experience being non-negotiable. Awards like this are proof that patients notice. And that matters more than any certificate on a wall.
