Hi! I’m Aaron. Growing up in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of opportunities to play, I was always active, diving into every sport available to me, from soccer to swimming. My parents encouraged my interest in sports, enrolling me in local leagues, where I learned not just about the games but also about teamwork and discipline. This passion for physical activity naturally evolved into a deep fascination with the human body and performance, ultimately guiding me to pursue a Kinesiology degree. During my studies, I explored various aspects of human movement, anatomy, and physiology, which deepened my curiosity about how the body functions and recovers. Following my degree, I decided to further my understanding by pursuing studies in Registered Massage Therapy (RMT).
I am passionate about understanding the intricacies that cause pain or enhance performance in individuals. Currently, as I near the completion of my RMT studies at First College, I’ve gained valuable skills in assessing and treating soft tissue injuries comprehensively. My education has provided me with hands-on experience, working with clients under the supervision of experienced practitioners, allowing me to fine-tune my techniques.
My goal is to integrate these skills with my Kinesiology knowledge to offer the most effective and thorough treatments to everyone who seeks my help. While sports are enjoyable and promote a healthy lifestyle, recovering from an injury to return to a pain-free life is essential. The ability to help someone regain their mobility and improve their quality of life is incredibly rewarding, and I would be honoured to assist you in getting back on your feet.
Whether you’re a professional athlete or someone who simply enjoys a morning jog, I’m committed to providing personalized care to ensure you can continue doing what you love.
