Sadie Mamchur is a Registered Massage Therapist at Affinity Family Wellness in Kelowna, BC, registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). Her approach to care is grounded in both clinical training and lived experience, giving her a unique ability to understand the body not just from a treatment perspective, but from the inside out.

A lot of patients come in feeling frustrated with pain that keeps coming back, injuries that haven’t fully resolved, or a body that feels unpredictable—especially when hypermobility or previous injuries are part of the picture. Sadie understands this firsthand. As a former competitive acrobatic gymnast for six years, she experienced the physical demands of sport, including multiple concussions and the challenges that can come with joint hypermobility. That experience shapes the way she approaches care—with patience, awareness, and a focus on building stability and trust in the body again.

Her clinical focus includes injury recovery, chronic tension, and mobility-related concerns, with a particular interest in supporting patients with hypermobility, recurrent strain patterns, and those navigating the long-term effects of past injuries. Her treatment style is adaptable and intentional, using a combination of myofascial therapy, deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, facilitated stretching, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She has also completed additional training in deep tissue massage, allowing her to provide effective, targeted treatment when deeper work is appropriate.

Sadie takes a whole-body, individualized approach to care. She looks beyond the area of discomfort to understand the patterns contributing to it and works with you to create a treatment plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term function.

Patients often describe Sadie as calm, attentive, and easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen, explain what she’s finding, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout your treatment.

Whether your goal is to feel less pain day-to-day, improve mobility, or return to the activities you enjoy, Sadie meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.
