Camille Elden, MPT, BSc(HK)

Registered Physiotherapist | Pelvic Health & Women’s Physiotherapy

Kelowna physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, prenatal care, and postpartum recovery.

Camille Elden is a Registered Physiotherapist at Affinity Family Wellness in Kelowna, BC, holding a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. She is registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

Her post-graduate training includes Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2 through Pelvic Health Solutions, a focused course in Pregnancy, Pelvic Girdle Pain and the Pelvic Floor through Pelvic Health Solutions, and Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1 through the CPA Orthopaedic Division, a clinical foundation that reflects both the depth of her pelvic health practice and her breadth as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

A lot of women in Kelowna come to Camille carrying something they haven’t quite known how to name; leaking when they laugh, pain during intimacy, a core that hasn’t felt like their own since having a baby, a pregnancy that feels harder on their body than they expected. These aren’t things people tend to talk about openly. But they’re exactly what Camille’s practice is built around, and the thing she most wants her patients to know is that help is available, and it’s closer than they think.

Her clinical focus includes pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, pelvic girdle pain, and prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy. She also treats a broad range of general musculoskeletal and sports injuries for patients aged 16 and up. Her treatment approach is exercise-led and hands-on, combining manual therapy, soft tissue release, cupping, and joint mobilization with individualized exercise programs designed to fit actual lives, not ideal ones. Progress is built in and celebrated along the way.

Camille believes people deserve to understand what’s happening in their own bodies, and she takes the time to make sure they do. Her patients consistently describe feeling genuinely supported, not rushed, not talked at, but partnered with.

Camille does not currently treat men’s pelvic health, TMJ, concussion, or vestibular conditions. Those patients are supported with referrals to trusted colleagues in Kelowna.
