Dr. Arima is an evidence-based chiropractor who is passionate about helping people move with confidence, recover from injury, and get back to the activities that matter most to them. She takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to care—listening closely, assessing thoroughly, and building treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals, whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, returning to sport, or simply feeling better in day-to-day life.
Her clinical approach blends hands-on chiropractic care with soft tissue techniques, cupping, joint mobilizations and adjustments, exercise rehabilitation, and principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Dr. Arima believes great care goes beyond symptom relief; it includes education, empowerment, and practical strategies that support long-term health and resilience.
With a lifelong background in competitive soccer, including participation at the ACAC and U SPORTS levels, Dr. Arima brings a strong understanding of sport-related injuries, performance demands, and the recovery process athletes face. She enjoys working with people of all ages, activity levels, and lifestyles, and values helping each patient feel confident in their body’s ability to move and heal.
Originally from West Kelowna, Dr. Arima completed her post-secondary studies at Olds College and the University of Lethbridge before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time in the Okanagan with her family, friends, and her dog Bentley, staying active through hiking, running, and soccer, exploring local wineries, and checking out new coffee shops.
Dr. Arima looks forward to meeting you in the clinic and partnering with you on your journey toward feeling stronger, more confident, and moving at your best.
