Meet Sadie – Registered Massage Therapist in Kelowna
Sadie was born and raised in Kelowna and is proud to give back to her community through therapeutic massage therapy. As a former competitive gymnast, she experienced firsthand how massage can support recovery, reduce injury risk, and improve overall well-being. These early experiences inspired her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Sadie graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in July 2025. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, well-rounded treatments that are tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and stage of healing.
Her treatments may include a combination of techniques such as:
- Myofascial therapy
- Swedish massage
- Neuromuscular therapy
- Facilitated stretching
- Deep tissue techniques
