Many patients come to Dr. Selles feeling stuck with pain that hasn’t fully resolved, movement that feels limited, or injuries that keep returning. Whether it’s back pain, neck discomfort, sports injuries, or general stiffness, his approach focuses on understanding the root cause, not just treating symptoms,so you can move forward with confidence.
His clinical focus includes injury rehabilitation, movement dysfunction, and performance-based care. Treatment is personalized and may include spinal adjustments, joint mobilizations, muscle release therapy, Graston Technique, RockTape, and guided rehabilitation exercises. For those who prefer a gentler approach, he also offers low-force techniques such as the Activator Method alongside mobility-based rehab.
As a former CIS volleyball player, Dr. Selles understands how the body performs under load and how injuries impact both movement and confidence. He works with a wide range of patients, from recreational and youth athletes to active adults, seniors, and elite-level competitors, including those involved with Volleyball Canada.
Dr. Selles believes great care goes beyond short-term relief. He takes the time to listen, educate, and create a plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. His focus is on helping you build strength, improve mobility, and develop long-term resilience so you can stay active and continue doing what you enjoy.
